Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond meal or LSA
- ¼ cup Sesame seeds
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 Egg white
- 6tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until well mixed. The mixture should hold together in a ball. Roll into small balls and press flat. Place on baking paper on a tray in the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Store in an air tight container.
