Chocolate Coconut Balls

These are quick and easy to make, and set in the fridge in about a hour. Add rum to make rum balls, or flavours of you choice. Great with a cup of coffee. Note that the carb content is quite high, however very dark chocolate has it's own health benefits.
Ingredients
- 100gm Cream cheese (softened)
- 200gm Dark chocolate (85% cocoa) melted
- 1tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Desiccated coconut
- 2tbsp Coconut oil
- 1tbsp Almond butter
- 1tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Leave in fridge until nearly firm. Roll into balls and store in fridge.
