Easy, creamy, tasty
Ingredients
- 1 Broccoli head
- ½ cup Cream (replace with stock if you are dairy free)
- 1 tbsp Herb Paste or 1 tbsp mixed garlic/ginger/chilli
- 1 tbsp Blue vein cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Break broccoli into flowerettes and steam or boil until soft. Drain and place in a blender. Blend until smooth. Return broccoli to the pan, add herbs, cream or stock and stir until heated through. Lastly add blue vein cheese (optional) and stir into soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat later.
