Green Smoothie Soda

A green smoothie with fizz.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach leaves
- ¼ Avocado
- 3 Mint leaves
- 12 Blueberries or 2 strawberries
- 1 piece of fresh Ginger fingernail sized
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ -1 cup Soda water
Instructions
- Put all ingredients (except soda water) into a blender and blend until smooth. I use a Nutri-Bullet for smoothies, it blends all ingredients without leaving lumps or seeds. Pour smoothie into a large glass. Add soda water and stir gently. Drink it immediately and enjoy the fresh flavours and refreshing fizz; not to mention how great you will feel afterwards.
