Iced Bubbling Ginger Tea

A refreshing alternative to drinking water. Ginger is great for your digestion.
Ingredients
- 1 large head of fresh ginger
- Boiling water
Instructions
- Slice ginger, place in a large jug or bowl. Pour 1 litre of boiling water over and let steep for as long as possible. Several hours is ideal. Refrigerate then pour into a soda stream bottle. If you don't have a soda stream go and buy one now. They are a great way to encourage your family to drink more water. Put ginger tea through the soda stream as you would a normal bottle of water. Refrigerate. This is a real winner.
