Ingredients
- 2 cups LSA
- ½ cup Flaxmeal
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- ⅓ cup Coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs and coconut oil. Lastly add boiling water and mix well. It will be quite a thick mixture. Spoon into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes or a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and slice into 5 mm slices. Toast or make sandwiches.

LSA is a combination of ground Linseed, sunflower seed and almond. Available in most supermarkets and health food stores.
