Asian Slaw

An easy and fresh addition to any meal. Don't restrict yourself to my vege choices, add anything you like, but do add fresh herbs, they do make the difference.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup sliced green or savoy cabbage
- ½ re onion diced
- ½ cup spring onion
- 1 small red capsicum diced
- ½ cup mixed fresh herbs - coriander/mint/Thai basil - or any herb of your choice
- 1 medium carrot finely sliced or julienned
- Dressing
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Herb Paste
- or
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar (adapt amount to taste)
Instructions
- Add sliced vegetables to a large bowl. Add dressing just prior to serving.
