Ingredients
- 500 gm Marinara mix (fish, calamari, mussels, prawns)
- 2 cups Seafood stock commercial or homemade ( I was lucky enough to be given some crab claws which I simply boiled up with ginger and garlic - drain off liquid)
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves, sliced or crushed
- ¼ cup fresh Coriander
- ¼ tsp Chili flakes
- ½ cup Cream
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic and diced onion, and sauté until onion is cooked. Add stock and bring to a gentle boil. Add marinara mix and heat until seafood is cooked through. Add cream, coriander, and chill flakes. Heat through and serve immediately.
