If going ‘cold turkey’ on carbs is just too difficult, start slowly. Reduce sugar (cakes sweets, table sugar) then take the next step and remove those starchy carbs (rice, bread, pasta, starchy vege).
6. Don’t give up
If you don’t succeed on your first attempt to change your way of eating, don’t give up. Right now may not be your time. The fact that you are contemplating making positive changes is a great start.
